Thank you for choosing Ciya Pet Tech for your furry friends. We are dedicated to your satisfaction and the well-being of your pets.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return. To qualify for a return:

• Item Condition: Must be in the same condition as received - unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Return Process: Upon acceptance, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items can't be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us with questions about specific items.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Returns are not accepted for sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

For an exchange, return the original item and, once accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. Conditions as mentioned above apply.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll receive a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us at info@ciyapet.com if more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved.
